Terms of Use
Effective September 6, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of onemillion. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing rolls, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
onemillion is a digital entertainment and collection game. Each valid roll generates one random integer from 1 through 1,000,000 and analyzes that number using the current analysis rules to determine properties, badges, Entropy Points (EP), and a rarity tier.
2. Randomness and analysis
Every integer from 1 through 1,000,000 has the same probability of being generated on each valid roll. Previous results, account history, whether a roll is free or paid, and the amount a user has spent do not change those probabilities. Analysis rules may evolve over time. Historical rolls retain an analysis version so results can remain interpretable under the rules used when they were created.
3. Free and paid rolls
Eligible accounts may receive free rolls according to the cooldown and entitlement rules shown in the service. Additional rolls may be purchased in digital roll packs. Paid rolls are digital gameplay entitlements and have no monetary or stored-value character.
4. No prizes or monetary value
Numbers, roll results, badges, rarity tiers, EP, statistics, collections, and roll balances have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, cryptocurrency, merchandise, gift cards, or other prizes. onemillion does not provide a cash-out feature, wagering system, marketplace, or user-to-user trading system.
5. Purchases and payment processing
Roll purchases are one-time purchases of digital goods. Stripe processes payments. Prices, currency, and any applicable taxes are presented during checkout. Rolls are credited only after the server verifies a successful Stripe payment. A browser redirect or checkout success screen by itself does not create a roll entitlement. Refunds and other payment rights are handled in accordance with applicable law, Stripe and payment-network requirements, and any terms presented during checkout.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information where the service requires it and must not use another person's account without authorization.
7. Public sharing
Roll result pages may be shared publicly using their public result link. Public result pages are intended to show the generated number and its non-private game analysis. Account email addresses, private account history, and paid-roll balances are not part of the public result page.
8. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to bypass roll entitlements, duplicate payment credits, automate free-roll farming, manipulate anonymous access controls, replay protected requests, interfere with payment verification, probe or exploit the service, access another user's private information, or otherwise misuse the platform. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, payments, or the service.
9. Transfers
The service does not allow users to sell, trade, transfer, or assign roll results, badges, EP, collections, or paid-roll balances through onemillion.
10. Intellectual property
The onemillion site, branding, interface, software, original graphics, and other service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying software to users.
11. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, badge rules, rarity thresholds, prices, and roll-pack offerings may change, subject to applicable law and commitments already made for completed purchases.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that are not expressly required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onemillion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the Terms materially change. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
